We have been coming here for almost 30 years and have to say that since the tenant change last year the atmosphere has totally changed for the better. Great service, great atmosphere - always gladly and not for the last time! Keep it up! The Adams family from Bonn!

Coffee is offered, but not in a pot. Cake wasn't even offered by the waitress. Just snippet, you could add a cookie. Unfriendly service staff

Unfortunately, very rude hosts. We would not recommend and will not visit again. With so many choices on Lake Titisee, you can find a better restaurant.

As a family and welcomed by the boss, the service was terrible! French and although we speak German, we were made to understand that we were not welcome. 19 € for 3 coffees and 2 brandies !!! We strongly advise against it, a real shame.

The Schwarzbrennerrei in Titisee is a very nice bistro at the beginning of the Titisee pedestrian zone. Here guests and locals meet and enjoy the many creatures walking by. It's always very interesting. The offer price performance is okay.

Best place in the whole area! Everyone has to go there! After almost 2 years I was back, quality is still top, the new landlady carries on the soul of Brenner. Absolutely to be recommended

Only paying cash is strange in a tourist place. In the early evening there is nothing more to eat than tarte flambée and if you want to use the toilet you are shouted afterwards. Service is different!

Lukewarm ready-made spit from the microwave, stale Pils from the wheat glass and very poor price-performance ratio. Unfortunately not recommended!

Very simple pub. Prices are tourist prices. Toilets are super clean. Bringing food was not a problem.

Unhöflich. Rude man chased us away like unwanted birds for sitting on his chairs. We would have bought a drink, but not after being treated so.

Really friendly local bar. Both the person behind the bar and the regulars made me feel welcome.

The only right place to be in Titisee in the evening, this is my impression. They serve snacks aswell, but basically, it is a pub. As a tourist who just passes by, you will not notice the speciality of this place, and this is okay because otherwise it would be too crowded. Because this is the Titisee "cult" pub, especially in the later evening before midnight (when the whole town falls asleep). If you respect what is going on here you could have a nice and relaxing evening with friendly people. A thank you from my side to the special, friendly and competent team. Looking forward to my next stop here, whenever it may be.

Rude, fair food, but one of the most unfriendly establishments I have ever visited. The town has plenty of choices for food, don't make this place your choice. Even the other German patrons were surprised at how "special" they were. Ruined our experience here.

Maybe this is yy favourite pub in the world. Discovered in 2006 during summer vacation, planned a new trip in Schwartzwald in 2015 only to spent another week in this place. Top beers and spirits !
